We offer industry-leading response times from booking to vehicle delivery during business hours.
Please notify us of any rentals starting in the UK to be taken abroad so that international cover can be arranged. Hires starting outside of the UK will be priced on application.
Acceptance of Delivery & Collection & Keys
It is advisable that the driver, or a nominated representative, is available to accept delivery or collection of a vehicle. If the vehicle/keys cannot be left securely or keys are not available for vehicle collection,abortive delivery/ collection charges will apply. Please note, keys should not be left in or on the vehicle and vehicles are to be left locked.
Responsibility for vehicles post-hire
Customers are responsible for vehicles for a minimum of 6 working hours following rental termination and are liable for any damage, fines or parking offences that may occur during this period. Vehicles are to be stored securely and keys are to be made available for collection.
Where Customer's Own Insurance (COI) is in use, restrictions apply as per your organisation's policy rules. For Collision Damage Wavier (CDW) rentals, driver age restrictions may apply and a valid DVLA driver licence check code must be presented upon delivery of the vehicle.
All prices shown are exclusive of VAT.
The cost of fuel will be recharged at the current rate, plus a 20% fee in the event that the vehicle is returned with less fuel than originally provided.
